The Crown Point Anderson Pond Project is a Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) project implemented to reduce the number of Combined Sewer Overflows (CSOs) at the WWTP. As a result of the Anderson Pond project, the City has noted a decrease of some 80% of their historical CSOs at the WWTP.
FLOATABLE CONTROLS PROJECT
This project provides upgrades to the City’s existing overflow points in compliance with the State and Federal Nine Minimum Controls for floatable solids removal. Floatable controls structures were then designed for the three (3) existing discharge points.
