Project Description:

The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new settling tank ladder, replacement of the aerator blower, five replacement 2-inch actuated butterfly valves, 14 replacement 4-inch actuated butterfly valves, one replacement 6-inch actuated butterfly valves, new pressure gauges, a replacement effluent flow meter, a backwash flow meter, adding VFD drive to each existing high service pumps, emergency chlorine gas scrubber, post chlorine piping, plant-wide SCADA integration, and replacement of existing lights with LED lighting. The butterfly replacements and automation of the filter backwash cycle will be bid as a mandatory alternate.

Additionally, the project includes the demolition of both existing well houses, the installation of replacement prefabricated well houses, adding VFD drive to the existing well pump motors, reconnecting to the 6-inch feed line, replacing all well pump 6-inch gate and check valves, installing a new flow meter, electrical connections, and interior lighting.
