Dear valued clients and partners,
I am reaching out to confirm our strong commitment to you during the ongoing coronavirus situation. With today’s Directive For Hoosiers To Stay At Home from the Governor, Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. will continue to operate during normal business hours through our ‘work from home’ program. You can reach us through normal means – phone (office or cell) and email. We also have remote conferencing capabilities that only require you have a PC or smart device. We can schedule these remote conferences with you and your staff as needed.
Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, families, and partnering communities. We recognize that assisting cities and towns with their vital infrastructure is just as important now as it has ever been. In addition, we are here to assist you beyond our typical services. Please let us know how we can help you fulfill your mission to better serve your community.
While the Directive For Hoosiers To Stay At Home is in place, we realize your staff continues to provide essential services as best they can with the goal of returning to some semblance of normality in the weeks to come. We also understand that many of you have critical infrastructure projects in progress. We will continue to work alongside you during this highly dynamic environment.
Our Resident Project Representatives and Engineers will continue to provide on-site oversight on your critical infrastructure projects in accordance with the Governor’s directive. Our Engineers and Designers will continue to progress on your time sensitive projects through use of our complete remote capabilities for meetings, file access, and collaboration. Our Client Managers will continue to coordinate with federal and state government to progress your funding applications. Our Regulatory Specialists will continue to monitor and coordinate with applicable agencies regarding your critical deadlines. Over the past several weeks, company leadership has worked hard to ensure our office staff is 100% remote work capable.
In closing, I am inspired by the deep commitment by all Hoosiers during these challenging times. Together we can get through this.
