Ann Dryer Receives IBJ CFO of the Year Award

Commonwealth Engineers’ Chief Financial Officer, Ann Dryer received the top honor at the Indianapolis Business Journal’s CFO of the Year Awards Ceremony on December 9.

Dryer has worked for Commonwealth for over 20 years, starting as an accounting assistant right after graduating from Indiana University with her B.S. in Financial Management. During her tenure with Commonwealth, she has been promoted to Staff Accountant and HR Director, Comptroller, and then, in 2014, became the first female Partner and Stockholder in the company’s history. In 2016, Ann Dryer was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and nominated by the Board to serve on the Operating Committee as Corporate Treasurer.

Ann oversees the accounting department, manages financial performance and reporting for operational planning, works directly with project managers and clients, oversees human resources, and serves as a member of the operating committee. Commonwealth Engineers is thankful to Ann for her continued hard work and dedication to our company and we congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition!
