Commonwealth Engineers Announces Two New Business Development Managers

Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. welcomes two new employees serving in the capacity of Business Development Manager.

Gabrielle Biciunas will be based in the Crown Point office and will serve as the Northwest Indiana Business Development Manager.  Her primary responsibility will be heading Commonwealth’s efforts to create and maintain client relationships in Northwest and North Central Indiana.

Before joining Commonwealth, Gabrielle served as the Economic Development District Coordinator for the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission. In that role, she worked directly with federal and state entities to coordinate the implementation of federally funded programs and projects. She also provided technical assistance to communities in securing funding for public works, transportation and waste infrastructure, and other community development projects.

Gabrielle holds a Master’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Ball State in Muncie, Indiana.

 

Timothy Gilliam will serve as the Kentucky Business Development Manager.  His primary responsibility will be to spearhead Commonwealth’s efforts to create and maintain client relationships in Kentucky.

Before joining Commonwealth, Timothy served as the Field Representative for Senator Mitch McConnell in his Bowling Green office. In that role, he worked directly with Senator McConnell and staff members to plan and execute the Bowling Green office’s day-to-day operations. Previous to that, he was the Deputy State Director for Americans for Prosperity, Kentucky chapter.

Timothy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
