Annual Pretreatment Report Due to IDEM April 1st

Your Community’s Industrial Pretreatment Program’s Annual Report is due by April 1, 2020.

If your community is classified as a Non-Delegated Pretreatment Program, your Annual Report must be submitted to IDEM’s Office of Water Quality (OWQ). If your community is designated as a Delegated Pretreatment Program, your Annual Report must be submitted to both IDEM OWQ and EPA Region 5.

CSO Notification Rule Public Notice Requirement

REMINDER FOR ALL CSO COMMUNITIES: 

During March of each year, all CSO communities are required to file a notice in their local newspaper of highest publication as required by 327 IAC 5-2.6(1). An example of the required minimum language can be found with the button to your right. If you have any questions, contact Brady Dryer.

Water Loss Audits & Validation

DUE AUGUST 1, 2020
