Phase 2 of OCRA’s COVID-19 Response Program is Open

The Office of Community and Rural Affairs is accepting proposals for the second phase of the COVID-19 Response Program until 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 21, 2020. The program is designed to assist Indiana’s rural communities in addressing the impacts of COVID-19. Phase 2 is intended to target economic recovery. Eligible communities may apply for up to $250,000 to provide grants or loans to small businesses and microenterprises to retain low-to-moderate income (LMI) jobs.

Final applications are due by Sunday, July 19, and awards will be announced during or soon after the week of August 9.
