Walk for Literacy in Warrick County
Commonwealth Engineers recently sponsored the Rotary Club’s 2017 Walk for Literacy in Warrick County, Indiana. Staff from Commonwealth’s Evansville Office also participated in the event.
The Walk for Literacy is an event to raise money for the Warrick County School Corporation’s Accelerated Reader Program. This year’s walk was a huge success with over 2,000 participants raising a total of $13,000 ($6,500 of which was distributed among the schools within the Warrick County School Corporation). The majority of the money raised will be used to purchase books for the schools.
