EXTENSIONS ON NOTICE OF AWARD ANNOUNCEMENTS

Update on State Water Infrastructure Fund (“SWIF”) Grants 

Applications are being processed. The Tentative Notice of Award has been extended from August 6, 2021, to August 27, 2021, due to the large number of applications that have been received. More information can be found at IFA: State Water Infrastructure Fund (“SWIF”) Grants. 

Updated Timeline for CDBG Round 1 Awards announcement, Public Comment Period for 2021 Action Plan

The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs will be postponing the 2021 Community Development Block Grant Round 1 Awards announcement from its original date of August 12, 2021, to September 9, 2021, to allow the agency more time to review the applications. This updated timeline for Round 1 will affect Round 2 opening dates, which will be announced at a later time.

Additionally, OCRA will be extending the deadline for public comment on the proposed amendment to the 2021 Action Plan from its original date of August 5, 2021, until August 19, 2021. Additional public comments on the proposed amendment should be submitted to heidi@rootpolicy.com.
