IFA SRF Releases Guidance for Asset Management Program

Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) State Revolving Fund (SRF)- Asset Management Program

Throughout the past year, there has been much discussion of Asset Renewal and the need to plan for such activities. SRF recently released their guidance for the Asset Management Program (AMP). The AMP is intended to allow participants of the SRF loan program to comply with Senate Enrolled Act 362.

AMPs are to be structured to demonstrate the operation and maintenance capabilities of the loan applicant in the following areas:

Financial
Managerial
Technical and
Legal

An AMP will be required in connection with financing a project with SRF on or after July 1, 2019. Commonwealth Engineers looks forward to partnering with prospective SRF loan applicants to ensure that their wastewater and drinking water systems are sustainable and resilient via this new opportunity.
