NOTICE… New IFA Application Requirement!

The Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) recently announced that effective July 1, 2023, all Preliminary Engineering Reports (PERs) submitted to the IFA’s SRF Programs must include an Asset Management Plan Certification in order to be ranked on the Project Priority List (PPL).

Previously, the Asset Management Plan was only required to be completed before the completion of the funded project.
